This is gorgeous! What are the deep blue spikes and tall glaucus plant? Can I grow them in Zone 9 Vacaville CA?

Hi Karen! The deep blue flowers are salvia and the taller plant behind are the flower spikes of lambs ears. And yes, you could certainly grow them in Vacaville. Infact, this photo was taken in Concord not too far from you!
